Dmitry Savinoff is a self-taught 3D artist who began with a Commodore Amiga and Impulse's Imagine 3D software in 1994. From chrome balls and chequered floors, he progressed to a demo reel in early 1997 which helped to secure the first position he had applied to — an artist at the Russian game-development company Snowball Interactive. For over 4 years he worked at Snowball as a master artist, constantly improving his skills in every aspect of computer graphics; from complex animated worlds to in-game textures and sprites.
